Delivery & Shipping Information

When placing your order, you will be given the shipping options available to you depending on the expected weight and volume of your parcel/s. Please note that this is only an estimate since certain items may require extra packaging to protect them during transportation.

Shipping via UPS

This service is the most reliable way to get your parts on time and in good condition. These parcels are tracked from the moment they leave MPG EU to your door and are fully insured against damage in transit. The range of services available to you will be shown when you have completed your order. All parcels must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the courier company to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Parcels can also be sent to a separate delivery address if required – this may be your office or a garage who are working on your car. Note, however, that certain restrictions on delivery may apply on separate delivery addresses in line with credit card authorisation guidelines. Note that any customs clearance, import tax or duty charges are beyond the control of MPG EU and must be paid for by the customer.

Shipping via Post

We are also able to offer shipping via Post for certain very light parcels. This can sometimes be a cost effective way of getting your parts but please note that shipping via this method is not tracked and the parcel is not insured against damage in transit. While we do all that we can to ensure that parts are well packed prior to dispatch, shipping via post is at your own risk in terms of damage or loss in transit.

Delivery Discrepancies

Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to MPG EU within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the quantity you ordered and that nothing is damaged.
