Purchasing Backorder Items
Out-of-stock items can be purchased on a special order or backorder basis. This applies whether it's a product we normally stock and are waiting on a delivery for, or one we don't usually hold but can source on request. Placing an order for an out-of-stock item confirms your order with us, and you'll be charged at the time of purchase. We'll dispatch your item as soon as it arrives with us.
Lead times vary depending on the item and supplier, but most out-of-stock items dispatch within two weeks. If you change your mind in the meantime, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it's dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
